San Antonio’s Animal Care Services (ACS) plans to host a Free the Shelters event this weekend to find adopters and foster volunteers to empty their kennels. ACS has teamed up with the Cathy Kangas Foundation for Animals and PRAI Beauty for fee-waived adoptions this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Free the Shelters will offer free adoptions
